Return Processing & Policy
Sometimes things don’t work out … but that's ok we’re here to help!
Here at Perks for People, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products. We work hard to resolve any issues because our customers are our community and your experience matters to us.
Perks for People offers our community a 30-day return policy.
Terms and Conditions:
- The product must be in new/unused (including the product packaging)
- Additional fees may apply for products purchased and shipped outside of the continental U.S.
If your return meets the criteria above please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label and begin the process with our support specialist.
You can expect a refund to your credit card within 7-10 days upon receipt of your returned product.

More Important Information
- Authorized refunds will be made for the original invoice price of the item minus the return shipping/handling fee of $6.95.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. It is not possible to issue a refund to a different destination (e.g., another credit card, PayPal, or bank account).
- If you would like store credit, instead of a refund to your card we will waive the return shipping/handling fee of $6.95.
- Damaged/Defective product: If you’ve received your order and the item was damaged in transit or is defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
